International Meeting on Fats and Oils
In an innovative edition, the International Meeting on Fats and Oils, appears in the online version, more diversified and complete with access to the entire community of oils and fats in Brazil and the World. There were 2 days of immersion in content from the oils and fats area, taught by 10 specialists from different locations around the world:
Anibal Demarco, Desmet Ballestra, Argentina; Balachandar Selvamohan, Bunge Loders Croklaan, Singapore; Michael Bockish, Federation of Food Law and Food Science, Germany; Glória Marquez Ruiz and M.Victoria Ruiz-Méndez, both from the Instituto de la Grasa in Spain; Nicolas Callejas, University of the Republic of Uruguay, Uruguay; Cristiano Silva de Souza, Kerry EMEA, Ireland; Renan Lima, Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada; Carlos Nápravník, Vácuo Técnica and Mirna L. Gigante, UNICAMP, both from Brazil.
The event had 10 hours of lecture per day, more than 150 registered participants from different regions of the country and Latin America, professionals from more than 60 industries, researchers, professors and students from more than 30 teaching and research institutions.
