SOYA PRODUCER'S MARGINS STILL POSITIVE IN 2019

According to the analysis made by DATAGRO Consultoria, the finances of the Brazilian soy producers, in general, can be considered positive and reasonably stimulating to the planting of the new crop.

Regarding the producers' planning for the 2019/20 season, DATAGRO points out that the outlook is moderately positive for the sector. This scenario is due to the combination of average prices practiced close to the high averages in the same period of last year in Reais, in addition to obtaining positive profitability.

However, while favorable, profit may be limited this year. Much on account of dollar prices, which are much smaller. As a result, profitability also lost strength compared to last year, with profitability also negative.
