Peanut Grain

Peanut is a leguminous plant originating in South America, basically composed of proteins, carbohydrates, fibers, vitamins and oils. Its main form of use is for human consumption in the food industry, through roasted or cooked grains. In addition, peanuts have by-products (cake, bran, oil, etc.) that can be used in the most diverse industries, such as: animal feed, biodiesel, pharmaceuticals, among others. Because it is a very large source of protein, grains can help replace animal proteins where there is a very large shortage of these foods. Also, because it's rich in vitamin E, it can help prevent cancer, diabetes and autoimmune diseases.
