According to data from the Ministry of Industry, Foreign Trade and Services, until the third week of April, Brazil exported 52.5 thousand tons of fresh beef, with total revenue of US$217.0 million. The daily average for the period was 4.0 thousand tons.
Compared to the same period last year, the daily average exported is 6.6% lower. Compared to March this year, the drop is 5.3%. If the pace of exports continues, the total volume exported should be 72.0 thousand tons, a drop of 16.71 TP3T compared to the same period in 2016.
